Yep.. that was it..

Workspace directory.. I should have known /facepalm.

For some reason I was fooling around with the framework directory.. which BTW if you delete/change name causes your notes client to rever to basic mode.. (Loads ALOT faster, but no sidebar widget thingy. Makes sense as that's the "Eclipse" bit.)
